Each year Working Mother magazine selects its top 100 best companies for working mothers.  The top 10 are listed here:

  1. Baptist Health South Florida
  2. Booz Allen Hamilton
  3. Ernst & Young
  4. General Mills
  5. IBM
  6. KPMG
  7. The McGraw-HIll Companies
  8. PricewaterhouseCoopers
  9. UBS
  10. Wachovia

Working Mother evaluates seven criteria to define its top 100; workforce profile; compensation; child care; flexibility; time off & leaves; family-friendly programs; and company culture.  Flexibility and family-friendly programs strongly influenced the 2007 selection process.

“General Mills”, I can imagine why!!

For Martin Block’s class, we’re working on a project for General Mills and so I just get to know more about this company and its products.
Moms would love to work for this lovely cooking products manufacturer I assume. It’s so “relevant” to their daily life, don’t you think so?
