wbur radio interview

Listen to this 2004 wbur pbs Boston On Pointe radio broadcast “Women Returning to Work.”  Tom Ashbrook asks some tough questions about resume gaps, new technology and emotional issues of experts Hilary Stout, former reporter from the Wall Street Journal, Mary Shapiro, assistant professor from Simmons School of Management and Kathryn Sollman, co-founder of Women at Work Network

Several women who have successfully returned to professional work (as physicians, bankers, graphic designers) share their stories and advice.

This is a long broadcast (40 minutes) but I think the discussion is very frank about the challenges women face returning to work and more importantly, what women can do to overcome these challenges.
